Thank You Notes: Fall, Shower, Anam Cara, and F-Bombs

Soooooo… it looks like this is a thing. Thank you for joining me for my 102nd Thank You Notes post!! However, it felt so nice to get things out in the open, to share. Gosh, I’ve really missed this.

Thank you, guided shower meditation? Yes, it’s a thing. And yes, this nerd has tried it multiple times. I love it. If you’re anything like me your mind wanders when you’re showering. This meditation will help you to focus your mind and be more present. I swear you’ll totally leave the shower thankful and refreshed. 

Thank you, universe, for blessing me with my soul sister. We’re going to get through it all (ups, downs, and in-betweens) with each other, despite the distance. I love you!

Thank you, weekend! I’m seriously ready for the weekend friends. It has been a week, and this mama needs the weekend in the worst way.
