Thank you, Jimmy!

Thank You, Jimmy!

Thank you, eh hem… 14 year-old, for making papa and I proud for the past 14 years. We love you.

Thank you, valentines, for my sweet cards and my love letter. 😉

Thank you, friends, for admitting to also being living room joggers. 🙂

Thank You Notes| Thank you, Fitbit, for making me an obsessive living room jogger.

Thank you, Barnes & Noble, for being my family’s Disney World. We may have spent a few hours at B&N this weekend. We no longer live close to B&N, so of course we took our time walking the aisles and flipping through books. (P.S. What a wonderful way to add some steps to your Fitbit, aimiright?)

Thank You Notes| Thank you, Barnes and Noble, for being my Disney World. :)

Thank you, again, Barnes & Noble, for being near a Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A, you’re a temptress! The kids, okay, all of us have been missing South Carolina food, this is kind of close…

Thank you, Vashti, for sharing this sweet haiku! 🙂 Girl Power!!

Thank you, babe, for bringing home chocolate chip cookies!! Now that’s true love. 🙂

*I think I deserve this…. and I’m quite sure my husband does too. 🙂

Thank you, Dean, for being a genius. The new brewing station is waaaaaay better than that cheap coffee maker you purchased in December. Your babe is happy, you’re happy, heck even the kids are happy for you, good call, woman. Buying the green tea K-cups was smart too.

Thank you, Friday, I’m in love!!!

Thanks sweet friend for another Friday Thank You Notes. You have so many wonderful thank yous this week. You are going to have to teach me how to upload a YouTube video on my post. I tried this week, thought I did it right and failure. I was able to get it to work on FB, but not my blog. Enjoy the weekend.

Aw. I love this post! And not because you mentioned me in it (although, I loved that too. 😉 ) This post is great because it’s so uplifting and sweet and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Also, it’s an awesome thing to live life being grateful for what you have and for the moments that make you happy. This post should be a lesson to all of us to always try to look at the bright side of things. I love that quote too. I believe it to be true. Have a wonderful weekend! 😀 <3 xx

I love how you compare Barnes and Noble to Disneyland. Your dog is so cute and very patient I see. Great pic btw! So what in particular do you miss the most from S.C?

He is a cutie! He puts himself in these situations where I NEED to take pictures of him. ( As seen above ?)
Hmmm… what do I miss: the beach, food, and I’m sure there’s more. ?

B&N is amazing. I haven’t been in ages. Cassidy went yesterday and I wondered why I didn’t trail along with him.

I was just in a B&N the other day (technically, it was the Harvard bookstore, but it’s B&N owned, if I’m not mistaken.) I could spend HOURS in a bookstore. I’ll admit, I don’t go in them nearly as much as I used to since I have access to an awesome library system, where I now get most of my books.
Your dog looks so stinkin’ cute!!
And congrats to your daughter 🙂

      February 25, 2016 at 6:43 pm

I want to go to the Harvard bookstore! I’m sure it’s lovely. We live near the University of Washington bookstore and it’s AWESOME! 🙂
Our new library isn’t as stocked on books, it seems like every book I want they don’t have. 🙁 I guess that’s the price you pay for a late fee-less library.
Thanks for the congrats and compliment on my sweet furry boy. 🙂

We love Barnes & Noble too. I love it that they have a educator discount card that homeschooling families can also use. It helps to save money on workbooks 🙂

    1. MrsA0K2001

      February 25, 2016 at 6:45 pm

Gotta love that! Michael’s also has a educator discount, well, at least the one in SC had one. I had a homeschool teacher card, does your area do that too?
      XOXO

    February 25, 2016 at 6:49 pm

One of the homeschool groups does cards, but I never officially joined it. So, I don’t have a card. But at Barnes and Noble you don’t need any special ID to sign up for the discount. Our cashier asked if we homeschooled when she saw the workbooks we were buying and told us about the card.

      That’s awesome! Go B&N!! 🙂
I was in a group, but I never did anything with them. :-/
      XOXO
