Thank you, birthdays, for being the perfect opportunity to walk around with balloons.

Yesterday went by so fast I didn’t post any pictures of our fun day. 10 years went by even faster! I cannot believe my baby girl has lived a whole decade. I honestly have no idea where the time has run off to, but it feels like a sprint, & I’d rather keep it slow & steady. But it’s not about me, it’s about my sweet baby girl. AKA the artist, love bug, mermaid, our little sunshine, the comedian ? I hope she’ll always color the world with her kindness & and imagination, I hope she keeps her love of all things mermaid & never misses an opportunity to swim in the water, and I hope she keeps healing souls with her laughter, because let’s face it laughter & love ARE the best medicine. Hot cocoa cheers to many many many many many many many many more decades!!! ?☕️ A photo posted by Mrs.AOK (@mrs_aok) on

Thank you, baby girl, for being artsy. I had such a great time creating with y’all.
Color Me Mine Birthday
Also, thank you for being a Christmas elf. 🙂

Teal Christmas Thank you, elementary school, for putting on a lovely assembly for our veterans. It was so cute to hear those little voices sing patriotic songs and see them hand out flowers to all the veterans. The slideshow was nice too!

⬆️❤️ My hero, my love, my life ❤️⬆️ 10 years & 9 months ago two of my favorite people came home from war and a weight was lifted off my chest. The love of my life & my sister from another mister (@yvetteays) came home on the same day, to the same gym, at the same time, and I was in a state of elation. I felt like the luckiest girl, up to that point my life was: hating the news but I had to watch, avoiding unexpected knocks at the door, and a slight depression that I couldn’t shake. It was hard, but again, I was lucky, I got them both back! Military families & our veterans sacrifice SO MUCH for us. These veterans, service members, and families deserve more than a day, they sacrifice for us each day. We’re still at war. Thank a veteran, thank a service member, and their families this week, please. I don’t know how my parents did it but they did it, career soldier & career Army wife. Thank you, veterans, service members, & military families. ************************************************ How do I know the timeframe? Well, we just celebrated our celebration baby’s 10th birthday a few days ago ? #AtLastMyLoveHasComeAlong #instagood A photo posted by Mrs.AOK (@mrs_aok) on

I’m thankful for a fun morning with friends and my friend’s toddler giving Eve a kiss on the lips. Priceless!

I’m thankful that my son kept reminding me about my flu shot until I got one. That my family works out with me sometimes. For fall foods and so much more?

Happy birthday to your baby and thank you to your husband for serving 😉 I love that your daughter is ready for Christmas. I just can’t do it yet, although I’m itching. This weekend I think I’m going to start collecting wreaths for the front of the house. 😉

This linkup has been up and down with participants, which doesn’t bother me, if someone decides to write a thankful post or Thank You Notes, I’ll always be here for them to share. I would love for each week to be packed with Thank You Notes, but I’m thankful for those who show up to linkup or comment. 🙂
