I have so much to say, but I don’t have anything to say. I need time to think, I need time to put all the words together to make sense and not come off overly hot and angry. I need time to compose. I leave you with this thought: How you react to situations or people says a lot about you and your life. Get your life right. 🙂 Love each other. People matter.

April 8, 2015 at 10:06 pmHope everything ok and that you can piece together words/thoughts for whatever happened. Definitely our lives are our reactions to the great and not-so-great things that happen to us.

April 9, 2015 at 7:22 amI’m good, Lisa. Thanks for checking in. 🙂
I think I may have pieced thoughts together, maybe not super eloquently or grammatically, but better than a string of curse words, WTFs, and hot faced emojis. 🙂
When you step back and realize how our reactions = our lives, WOW!
I hope I’m reacting right, I hope I hope that I can pause before I react.

April 9, 2015 at 12:50 amPeople do matter. It is so sad that the police officer shot an unarmed person in the back. He reacted very badly. The world can be such a scary place.

April 9, 2015 at 7:30 amHorribly bad. His reaction to take the life of another breaks my heart.
Yes, this world can be scary. I’m thankful for those who put their hand in the air to “help” make this place a little less scary. I’m saddened by the ones who end up joining in on the ugly.

April 9, 2015 at 8:11 amAt first I wasn’t sure what this was in reference to, but then I heard about the shooting and I’m assuming that’s what this is about. I don’t know what’s going on with our country right now, but something really has to change.

April 9, 2015 at 12:24 pmYes, we need a change. We need to teach compassion as a class in our schools and certainly in our homes. Common sense should be a course too, something that teaches people to think before reacting. I don’t know…

April 9, 2015 at 4:35 pmOh, so true. I often have to step back and think before I react because I can be really hot-headed. Surprising, right? You can’t tell on the blog!

April 12, 2015 at 8:42 pmYes, surprising. However, I think I’m pretty calm and collective but I’m also hot-headed.

April 9, 2015 at 8:28 pmSometimes I bite my tongue so hard I’m surprised it doesn’t bleed. I’m so saddened by the shooting in your neck of the words. I don’t understand what makes people react the way they do. We seem to live in a society where personal responsibility is gone and it’s so easy to blame or take out our feelings/actions on others. Actions have consequences… somehow we’ve forgotten that. xoxo

April 12, 2015 at 8:44 pmI am tongue-bitter too. I use to be a super hot-head and that hasn’t completely left me, so I try to push it down, but it finds it’s way out… sometimes. For the most part I’m good at holding it back.
I agree people should really just stop and consider the consequences of their actions.
