Welcome to the last Thank You Notes of 2015!!

I cannot believe that 2015 is nearing the end. For the next two weeks I plan on inhaling what’s left of 2015 with my family. I foresee plenty of pajama days & hot cocoa. I’m looking forward to this downtime, but to be honest I’ll miss you! Let’s keep in touch!! You can always catch me on Twitter & Instagram. You’ll probably see two or three more posts out of me, but as for Thank You Notes this is it for 2015!

Thank You, Jimmy!

I love Fridays, I love thank you notes, and I love Jimmy’s Thank You Notes, so, naturally, Friday here on my blog means: Thank You Notes and Jimmy Fallon!

Jimmy’s Thank You Notes:

Thank you, ugly sweaters, for becoming mainstream. The kids had “Festive Sweater Day” at school, which meant we had a crafty night in the middle of the week. Crafty nights are fine by me. 🙂

Thank you, thoughtful friend & thoughtful teacher. It’s always exciting to receive happy mail, but when you get double happy mail in one day- AFTERNOON MADE! I got the soap via backpack mail from my daughter’s teacher for my “helping hands”. My husband thought it was a fitting gift considering he believes I catch the cooties from volunteering at the school.

Thank you, December, for zooming by. Like really, what’s the rush? Can’t we just slow things down? I feel like we didn’t get enough time to get to know each other. You can call me old school, but I like to take my time.

This one is pretty much an annual thank you note. (Wow! This is my second December doing Thank You Notes- see time flies!)  Thank you, Amazon Prime, (affiliate link) for being an old school gal’s (procrastinator’s) lifesaver.

December has been a blur, I cannot even believe we are already here the 18th! The kids are home for break already.
I’m excited to hopefully relax a little. Hopefully.
AMAZON PRIME IS THE BEST! I ordered during the Deal of the Day Star Wars Day and already received my packages!!!
Wishing you and your family a beautiful holiday!

Amazon Prime is THE way to go. I’m sure one day my kids will write thank you notes to Amazon, because without Amazon their Christmases would be a few days late. 😀

Thank you for visiting me often, I’m thankful to see you here. 🙂
      XOXO

It definitely feels like December is zooming on by. And we might just have try our hands at making our own festive sweaters/sweatshirts. I think I’ll hit up some after Christmas clearance sales and rack up on the Christmas craft supplies.

I’m giving a thank you note to my daughter’s teacher because she has made Moo fall in love with school this year. It’s been such a joy to see how much my little girl has come out of her shell.

It’s so much fun to make ugly sweaters. We had most of the stuff on hand already, so that helped. 🙂 I think I may make my own next year.

I’m glad Moo is having a better year. Good teachers are the best, I know there are plenty of them out there, but we can always use more. I’m so thankful for my babies’ teachers this year, this school year has been better for us, too. 🙂

Haha we had an ugly sweater contest at work but I didn’t participate. Still, a lot of people had some funny sweaters! I even saw a guy out at Costco tonight wearing an ugly sweater, complete with blinking lights haha!

Wow! I have never heard of a teacher giving a parent a gift! How thoughtful! I know, I always feel like I get sick from volunteering at school! Boo! That festive shirt/craft night looks so fun!

I think that was the first time a teacher has given me a gift. It was so very thoughtful of her. 🙂
I’m the art docent, so I need to get use to these germs ASAP, I can’t keep getting sick. I never had this problem when I homeschooled. 😀
Craft night was fun, their shirts came out wonderful! 🙂

I can’t help thinking about that Counting Crows song, “A Long December.”
Certainly not this one! Which is fine. I like a short everything that isn’t April – November. ha!
