Thank You Notes: A Birthday Girl, Girl Gang, Votes, and Serious Notes

Last week I did not post Thank You Notes, not because I didn’t want to, but because I was locked out of my blog!! I have no idea how it happened or how they fixed it, I never got the callback from Bluehost. And now that they have fixed my blog things are wonky, I still need to go update plugins. Also, there’s been in an increase of people trying to sign into my blog!! I get all the receipts, bots!! Trust and believe this is not the blog you want to infiltrate, you must have me mixed up with a big-time blogger. Nope. Not me.

I love Fridays, I love thank you notes, and I love Jimmy Fallon’s Thank You Notes, so, naturally, Friday here on my blog means: THANK YOU NOTES!

Thank you, Halloween, for not being too cold. And despite having zero trick-or-treaters 🙁 it was still a good time with our babes. Also, thankful that I was able to help out at my last elementary Halloween party! My babies are growing. ::: holds back tears:::

Thank you, Ani Kay!! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for my HAPPY MAIL!! You are such a sweetheart!! You have to go check out all the goodies Ani sent me.

Thank you, those of you who used your civic duty and went out to vote!!

This country is powered by us!! We need to use our voices and votes, friends. We still did not hit over 50% of eligible voters getting out there to vote. However, that may change as we are finding not all votes have been tallied.

A couple serious Thank You Notes

Thank you, to the first responders who are risking their lives to save others. I’m hoping that everyone gets out safely. I also hope there is more funding for these types of situations. I saw a video of a dad this morning driving out of the fire with his daughter, it broke my heart but also filled my heart. The dad was so calm and loving and they thankfully made it out.  Where to donate.

Thank you, to the people who are stood in long lines to give blood to the victims of this week’s mass shooting. In these situations, it’s nice to see people come together for others and make new friends. I’m hopeful that there will be change. That change has to come with talking about these types of situations and working on a plan to stop these tragedies from happening over and over again.

Thank you, to all the veterans and their families, your bravery and service to our country are appreciated.
