I read this quote and thought two things…

1)

2) Where is home? Home. It seems my family and I have become a bit nomadic, so, home is wherever the five of us are.  Currently home is here, but who knows where home will be in two years…

Home, I guess, doesn’t have to be a location, it can be a special place, feeling, or person, like my husband’s arms.  The sound of my children’s laughter. The smell of fresh baked goodies, made by the hands of my family.  There’s this special spot back in Texas, it houses, laughter, good food, and one of the best ladies ever. Home, these memories are home…

Promise 2 Babies

The smell of my babies, their sweet little touches, memories never forgotten yet stored in their new home, which beats with each single new memory stored.

The lovely thing about traditions, you can take them anywhere, and keep them going, to me that feels like home.

What a great idea! I love this post you shared. You can truly see that your family means the world to you…and you’re a beautiful family at that, even your furbaby :).

I’m not sure if I can jump on it in December but your quote for January already has my wheels spinning 🙂

    Happy hump day hun!

Well I secretly hope you’ll move up here!
I do love the quote and it is what I love about winter. And it’s how I survive it.
By the way you look so pretty in that host photo above!

I’m with Tamara, I think you should move up to Massachusetts 😉 Or at least farther north. But I do need a good excuse to go down to South Carolina!

I think home is more than just a physical location. It’s being with Sam and Eve and even spending time in my parents’ home, the house in which I grew up. My current house is slowly feeling like home, and I hope it’s home for awhile because I don’t want to move again any time soon!

I’ve been wanting to visit Massachusetts for the LONGEST time!! You have an excuse, for now 🙂
It took some time for me to call this house, home. I totally understand, I think it was us leaving for vacation coming back here, and my immense appreciation for my own spot or my own bed 🙂

I totally think home is more than a physical location. Family always feels like home to me <3
