I cannot believe I’m already doing “this” post, the looking back on post, seriously this year went by incredibly fast. Last year I wrote this post in our temporary housing while our life was in what felt like suspended limbo. Thankfully, things don not feel as limbo-ish…
We have slowly made this place our home.
We’ve made memories.
We’ve laughed, a lot.
We even made a special trip to Disney World!
Highlight of our lives!!!!
This year, I’ve opened up…. a lot.
My blog, has become such a need in my life.
I’m so lucky to have fallen in love with blogging.
Blogging has given me, my voice, and I have been running with it.
I made the switch from Blogger to WordPress this year.
I also attended my first blog conference!
This year I said good-bye to Sorry, Not Sorry, but welcomed That’s What She Said and Thank You Notes. I love both of these additions to my blog.
I admitted my belief that blogging, is like dating. I was afraid I would be alone on this one, but many of you agreed! Whew 🙂 This was one of my biggest posts of the year, which seriously was a shocker to me, because I was terrified that people may have thought I had gone around the bend. So, yeah, we’re kind of dating 🙂
No, I’m not trying to marry you, that’s against the law, I’m a happily married woman. However, I didn’t always have a rosy view on marriage, and this post shares why.
*✩The more you know ✩*
I was the gift that kept giving this year, did you catch my 20 Things You May Not Know About Me post or my Tour Through Blogland post? It is pretty safe to say if you were not (blog)dating me before, you will after reading these two posts. 😉
Sometimes things happen, and you just cannot shut your mouth, even if you try to keep things light on your blog. I feel like getting these things off your chest is best. (Yes, rhyme intended, because keeping things light)
I shared how even though I know I’m a damn good Mama, I have guilt and worry, and at times the two feel like mountains. I’m hiking those mountains and conquering them one by one. It’s true.
I shared a little about one of my passions that has been rekindled, thanks blog.
While I’m on that subject, thank you! Thank you for the visits, shares, comments, and time. I cannot even begin to tell you how much that means to me.
Blogging has truly been a spark I needed, I’ve been able to refocus and drop some anxiety, I’ve been able to connect, oh the connections… I love the connections. I’m so full with love through this little blog that wasn’t supposed to be at all…
My growing friendships and sweet inspirers, you, you keep me going!
I don’t know what 2015 holds, but what I do know…. I’m ready!

January 1, 2015 at 5:39 pmI love the photo of you, Tenns and Tiffany! Such fun. I really wanted to be there.
And the Disney ponchos – you’re not kidding! We bought them at a dollar store and brought them to Orlando. We’ll do that again before we leave in a few weeks.
I love looking at years in review in photos. It shows so many times. Just so many!
MrsA0K2001
January 5, 2015 at 12:18 pmI love that picture too, we had tons of fun that weekend. It would have been nice to have met you there, maybe next time.
I had ponchos on my list of things to purchase BEFORE we left to WDW, and never did 🙁 totally paid for that mistake.
