Welcome to the first Thank You Notes of 2015! I’m excited to be back, I’ve missed sharing my thank you notes with you. Wait!– are you new here? Well, then welcome, I’m happy you’re here! Are you wondering what Thank You Notes is… well besides AWESOME eh hem, I mean fun, it’s a weekly linkup to share your Thank You Notes. I was inspired by Mr. Jimmy Fallon’s, Thank You Notes, he shares his thank yous each Friday on his show.
His thank you notes are usually funny and a tad bit snarky. I love Fridays!
Jimmy and I both went on holiday on the 19th, here’s Jimmy’s Thank You Notes before he took his break:
Okay, so I have a ton of thank you notes to write out, I hope you don’t mind….
Thank you, Santa, for leaving the five of us BOOMco. Stealth Ambush Blasters, because we weren’t competitive enough already.
Our Christmas morning consisted of kids vs. parents. I know, not super Christmassy and usually not my type of toy, but Santa.
Don’t I look so gangsta 🙂
Thank you, Amazon, for being a lifesaver this holiday season. 😉 That’s right AmazonPrime for life!
Thank you, Mom, for having the guts to let the others know…. I’m your favorite! I love you
We Skyped with my family since we couldn’t be there, again. I think I solidified my “favorite” status when I sent my Mom this:
2015 Charleston Firefighter Calendar
Thank you, family, for such a fun New Year’s Eve, even if it was at home. Let’s do it again this year.
Oh, and thank you again, family, for keeping the tamale tradition going. The tamales were tasty, Mom would be proud. XO
We had a fun two week break. Thankfully my husband gets 2 WHOLE WEEKS off from work, and we try to make the best of it. We did. It was nice. Babe, I want to thank you for such a fun break. Also, thank you for introducing the kids to the phrase “ride or die chick” and having Siri refer to you as “Bad Ass Mother F***er” those were fun times in the truck. 🙂 I love you.
Thank you, Dallas Cowboys!!!! You guys almost gave me a heart attack on Sunday, can you not do that again this weekend, thanks.
Thank you, baby boy, for this picture. I love it. Sure, it took me a minute to realize that, that was a Cowboy’s star and not an um… you know… special plant on the shirt. The munching on the hamburger threw me off 😀 I know, I know, real mature…. did you read what my husband said? He called me his ride or die chick, and I did not tell my son what I thought his shirt looked like 😀
Thank you, Friday, I’m in love!
So, what are your thank you notes this week? Want to share them here?

January 9, 2015 at 11:33 pmThose guns are so cool! It reminds me of when we had laser tag as kids and my parents would totally join in “the war”. Your New Year’s Eve partay looks like it was a lot of fun too. What lucky kids your kids are for having such cool parents!!!
MrsA0K2001
January 10, 2015 at 8:06 amGee :::blushes::: Karen, thanks! Can you come over and tell the kids that. 🙂
Your parents sound awesome. My brothers and I would play have to wait to play “war” (while my Mom and Dad were away), we hot-glued plenty of glass hummingbirds in our day. 😀
OXOXO

We like to spend it at home as a family, but I never thought to set up a pretty place to take pictures. Thanks for a great idea ;)!
